Jeffrey Nolte founded Nolte in 2006 and has spent 20 years building, scaling, and exiting technology companies. That experience sits behind everything Nolte delivers today.
He built NolteOS, the proprietary delivery system that replaced estimation with data-backed prediction, achieving 95% delivery accuracy across thousands of outcomes. Under his leadership, Nolte has survived three waves of industry disruption: offshore outsourcing, no-code platforms, and AI-assisted development.
Jeffrey is an active investor and chairman of Buenacopa, a health and wellness brand in the Mexican market. He splits his time between Austin, TX and Mexico City.
