We do not use your information for retargeting ads or resale to third parties. The one marketing use is the AI-governance updates you explicitly opt into on the readiness tool; those are sent only with your consent and you can leave them at any time.
We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how visitors use our site. PostHog collects usage data including page views, scroll depth, and session duration. We do not use PostHog to attach this usage data to a named individual. Bot traffic and automated crawlers are excluded from analytics collection.
On the AI governance readiness tool, when you complete the self-assessment we record an anonymous result (your overall score and band, and your per-pillar scores) for analytics. We do not record your individual answers or anything that identifies you. If you explicitly opt in on that page, we then use your contact details to email you a copy of your summary (through our email provider, Postmark), create a lead record in our CRM (Clarify), and send you the occasional AI-governance updates described above, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We may publish aggregate, anonymized statistics drawn from readiness completions, for example the distribution of scores or the most common gaps. These are never tied to your individual answers, your contact details, or anything that identifies you, and we only publish figures above a minimum sample size so no individual result can be inferred.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, as described above. We do not use cookies for consumer advertising or retargeting. You can disable cookies through your browser settings without affecting your core experience on our site.
