Maria Clara is a senior product engineer at Nolte. She joins from Jusbrasil, Brazil’s largest legal-information platform, where she spent more than five years, the last three as a software engineer working across product experimentation, search, and backend data systems.

What Maria Clara does at Nolte

Maria Clara builds the products behind client engagements in regulated industries. She moves across the stack, from React and Next.js frontends to Go microservices, event-driven pipelines, and distributed databases, and she takes ownership of decisions from architecture through production. AI is a core part of how she works: she uses it to ship faster without compromising code quality, and she builds it into the products themselves.

Background

At Jusbrasil, Maria Clara owned A/B experiment cycles on pages with heavy daily traffic, and designed and shipped backend systems that store, manage, and connect hundreds of millions of legal entities to their lawsuits. Her toolkit spans TypeScript, React, Next.js, Go, Scala, Python, GraphQL, Kafka, Airflow, BigQuery, Bigtable, Cloud Spanner, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ArgoCD on GCP. Before moving into engineering, she worked in tech talent acquisition at Jusbrasil. She studied Computer Systems Analysis at Senac and Psychology at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, including an exchange semester at the Universidade do Porto.
