Time is everything. It’s important to note that, from the beginning, Breeze took four months to launch. We dedicated around 300 hours each month to bring this vision to life. Our team tackled the Strategy and Plan phase alongside the Tech Setup and Access Epics, ensuring a comprehensive foundation for the project. This was no small feat, as we integrated a complex booking system across both web and mobile platforms, creating a seamless experience for patients and staff alike. By blending advanced technology with user-focused design and patient-centered strategy, we crafted a product that truly reflects Breeze’s vision and needs.

Our first step was to dive deep into the core of Breeze, thoroughly understanding its goals, challenges, and opportunities.
This Strategy and Planning phase served as the cornerstone for everything that followed. Through extensive research, workshops, and user-centric analysis, we explored not only the dental market but also the unique needs of Breeze’s patients. By dedicating time to this process, we ensured that every decision—from design to execution—was thoughtfully crafted to achieve the best outcomes for Breeze. Building on insights from our strategy phase, we set out to elevate Breeze’s patient engagement through a modern mobile app for iOS and Android, complemented by a streamlined web booking system. The app was designed to address key user needs, providing secure access, personalized onboarding, a visit timeline, clear notifications, and an oral health score. Meanwhile, the web booking system focused on creating an efficient and seamless first interaction for patients. This launch plan aimed not only to modernize the dental care experience from the initial appointment but also to empower patients to stay informed and in control of their oral health, setting a new standard in dental technology.

Each new user is welcomed with a personalized onboarding process, guiding them through setting up their profile and preferences to ensure a tailored and seamless experience from the very beginning.

Seamlessly integrated into the app, this functionality allows users to effortlessly book, modify, or cancel appointments, enhancing the flexibility and convenience of managing their dental care.
